Baked Ham Cheese Snack Sticks

I’m always looking for fun twists on family favorites, and these baked cheese sticks are one of my go-to’s. Instead of frying, I bake them, which makes me feel a lot better about serving them to Henry. I fill them with gooey mozzarella and savory ham, and they come out melty, flavorful, and perfectly golden every time. Around here, we’re big mozzarella cheese sticks fans, but I don’t love loading up on fried foods. These really are the best of both worlds—it’s like a ham and cheese sandwich all wrapped up into an easy-to-eat stick. And honestly? I always sneak more than a few bites myself.

Serving Suggestions

I love serving these ham and mozzarella cheese sticks with a bowl of marinara sauce, but a creamy ranch dip, or this super cheesy crockpot pizza dip would both taste great too! Add a strawberry banana smoothie for a fun and filling after school snack!
